Offer ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their goals.

No Medical Diagnosis or Treatment:
I am not a medical doctor or registered dietitian and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. I will refer clients to qualified healthcare professionals if needed.

No Prescriptions:
I cannot prescribe specific diets, supplements, or medications.

No Exercise Prescription:
I can provide general guidance on exercise but will not create personalized exercise plans.
